Lomabil Bricks is the building materials division of Lomabil Investments, which has served Zimbabwe for over 15 years. We supply common bricks, face bricks and pavers, and deliver them. The whole division is organised around one thing: the load you were quoted is the load that arrives.
What we do
Bricks out of the yard, onto a truck, onto your site.
We hold brick and paving stock, quote it with the delivery priced in, and run the load out ourselves. Most deliveries go on our own trucks, in loads of 5 000 or 10 000 bricks. When both are out, we book a transporter we already work with instead of putting your build on hold.
We deliver to 33 destinations, from the inner Harare suburbs out to Mutoko, Kadoma and Chinhoyi. Each one is priced on the same rate card, which is why two people asking about the same trip get the same number.

None of these are promises about the future. They are how the yard is set up to work day to day.
Count it before you sell it
Stock is checked against every order before it leaves. If the yard is short, you are told while you are still choosing, not when the truck arrives light.
One price, written down
Bricks and delivery are quoted together and shown separately. The delivery charge comes off a rate card by destination and load size, so it does not move between the quote and the invoice.
Someone is answerable for the load
Every delivery goes out on a trip sheet against your order and is signed for on arrival. When you call about a load, there is a record to call about.
Behind the counter
Your order is in a system, not a notebook.
Quotes, orders, stock, deliveries, payments and balances run through one system the yard uses every day. That is why a quote can be reissued, a delivery traced to a trip sheet, and a statement produced on the spot instead of being reconstructed.
